ST Dushen announced that recently, Dou Shen Hong Kong Co., Ltd., the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, signed a “Cloud Computing Service Agreement” with VB customers to provide cloud computing services. The agreed service period is 60 months, with a total contract amount of US$119 million, equivalent to about RMB 801 million; the customer prepaid 40% of the total order amount, and the company provided joint liability guarantees for related obligations, with a cumulative guarantee amount of no more than US$475.423 million.
