Forgent Raises Funds via Direct Subscription Offer

02:47 AM EDT, 09/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Forgent (FORG.L) raised 500,000 pounds sterling via a direct subscription offer of 4,166,666,667 shares at 0.00012 pound apiece. The London-listed critical and precious minerals explorer said Wednesday that proceeds were earmarked for operational and general corporate uses. Admission of the shares to the AIM segment of the London bourse is expected on Oct. 20.
