Zhongke Environmental Protection announced that the company established Clean Energy Investment Co., Ltd. in Hong Kong with other shareholders in the form of equity participation to launch an offer to Zhejiang Energy Jinjiang to implement a privatization project. The investment amount is no more than 700 million yuan, and the capital is its own capital. Currently, the company holds 12.50% of the shares in Clean Energy Investment; the transaction has been approved by the Zhejiang Provincial State-owned Assets Administration Commission and still needs to be approved by the Zhejiang Energy Jinjiang Shareholders' Meeting and filing or approval by competent domestic and foreign authorities.
