The Company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Ga Macau Limited (to Macau) participated in the 2026 public auction for the general passenger license for light taxis conducted by the Transport Bureau (Transport Authority) of the Macau Special Administrative Region Government of the People's Republic of China, and was recently notified by the Transport Bureau that it has been granted an ordinary license by the Transport Authority. An ordinary license to go to Macau allows them to apply for subsidiary licences for up to 50 taxis in Macau, each carrying six or more passengers. The term of an ordinary licence is eight years from the date the first subsidiary licence is granted.
