According to the China Optics Valley official account, on September 28, the fab factory of Xiandao Xinguang Electronics Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Advanced Technology Group, was opened in the Donghu Comprehensive Insurance Zone. The factory is the manufacturing core of the high-end compound semiconductor materials and chip industrialization base built by Pioneer Technology Group with an investment of 12 billion yuan. It has a 4/6 inch indium phosphide and 6/8 inch gallium arsenide large-size optoelectronic chip platform. After opening the line, the base moved from the construction period to the process certification and product introduction stage.
