IPO News | Dongshan Precision (002384.SZ) plans to go public in Hong Kong as early as next month to raise US$2-3 billion

The Zhitong Finance App learned that according to reports, Dongshan Precision (002384.SZ) plans to go public in Hong Kong as early as next month, raising capital of between 2 billion and 3 billion US dollars. UBS, Cathay Pacific Haitong, GF Securities and CITIC Securities are co-sponsors of the IPO.

On September 28, Higashiyama Precision issued an announcement stating that the company recently received an overseas issuance listing filing notice from the China Securities Regulatory Commission. It plans to issue no more than 234 million shares of overseas listed common shares and list them on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

According to reports, Higashiyama Precision's business covers fields such as electronic circuits, precision components, and optoelectronic display modules, and its products are used in consumer electronics, new energy vehicles, and communication equipment markets. Since 2026, Higashiyama Precision's business focus has also been further extended to the AI computing power-related industry chain.

In the first half of this year, Higashiyama Precision achieved operating income of 27.798 billion yuan, an increase of 63.95% year on year; net profit to mother was 2,957 billion yuan, an increase of 290.09% year on year. Among them, the electronic circuit business achieved revenue of 12.53 billion yuan, up 13.29% year on year; precision component business revenue of 6.581 billion yuan, up 178.63% year on year; optical module business revenue of 5.351 billion yuan; and optoelectronic display module business revenue of 2,723 billion yuan, up 10.68% year on year.
