According to monitoring by the National Climate Center of the China Meteorological Administration, the sea temperature of the equator Middle East and Pacific Ocean has continued to warm since September. For the first time since monitoring records were recorded, the sea surface temperature in the equatorial Middle East and Pacific Ocean is expected to continue to fluctuate and rise. The peak of the sea temperature index is expected to occur around November, at 3.2℃ to 3.5℃, which will form the strongest El Niño event since monitoring records were recorded.
