Technip Energies Wins Contracts for Turkish Petrochemical Complex

02:35 AM EDT, 09/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- French technology and engineering company Technip Energies (TE.PA) was awarded contracts by a subsidiary of Azerbaijan's state oil company, Socar, to support the development of a proposed integrated petrochemical complex in Turkey, according to a Tuesday release. The agreement with Petkim includes the license for a mixed-feed ethylene cracking unit, an integrated process design package, and front-end engineering design services for the proposed complex, which is intended to produce key petrochemical building blocks.
