According to forecasts, the average number of passengers entering and leaving Beijing by rail, civil aviation, inter-provincial passenger transport, and road vehicles is about 4.4 million per day, an increase of 8% over the same period in 2025. The peak passenger flow was on October 1, reaching 4.91 million passengers, which is expected to set a new high number of passengers in a single day during the National Day holiday.
