According to the news, Boleyton announced that the company recently signed a letter of intent (letter of intent for cooperation) with INHOYI INVESTMENTS (PRIVATE) LIMITED (INHOY) LIMITED (INHOY)). According to this, the Company and Inhoy (collectively referred to as the contracting parties, each referred to as the contracting parties) intend to establish a long-term cooperative relationship in the field of electric mining card sales agents and mining equipment investment and operation. The letter of intent will expire on September 26, 2036.

The Company intends to take the opportunity to design, procure, construct, operate and select and procure optical storage equipment (30MWp photovoltaic+60MWh energy storage); after the equipment is completed or purchased, the Company or its related parties will take the opportunity to sell the target equipment to Inhoy and provide long-term operation and maintenance services. The contracting parties intend to share the profits of the mining project with the company after the investment in the target equipment is completed and sales revenue is achieved in the mining project.
