According to Jia Yueting's Weibo, FFAI has signed a Term Sheet with AIXC, a NASDAQ listed company, to merge 100% of FFAI's robotics company into AIXC according to a market-based valuation of about 200 million US dollars and use AIXC shares as transaction consideration; AIXC will soon change its name to FFR on September 30 and carry out major strategic restructuring, which is expected to become the first share of Pure-Play in the US stock “quad-core omniscience” EAI robot ecosystem. FFAI announced two major strategic upgrades: one is the overall upgrade to a physical AI investment incubation holding company and merging the robotics business into AIxC; the second is the three major upgrades to the automotive strategy, 1. Become a Robotaxi shared network operator, including access to the Cybercab network; 2. FFAI smart cabin deployed to other smart vehicles; 3. FF's own models will be connected to the RoboTaxi network, hoping to once again become one of the drivers of the wave of change in the automotive industry.
