Shanghai Xiaonanguo (03666): Gu Tongshan resigns as executive director

According to Zhitong Finance App, Shanghai Xiaonanguo (03666) issued an announcement. Starting September 28, 2026: Mr. Gu Tongshan has resigned as an executive director, a member of the Board Remuneration Committee, and the respective chairman of the Board Nomination Committee and Risk Management Committee due to his intention to spend more time on other personal matters; and an authorized representative of the company appointed in accordance with section 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Securities Listing Rules.

Ms. Gu Lina has resigned as a non-executive director of the board of directors due to her intention to spend more time on other personal matters.

Ms. Chen Shimin has resigned as an independent non-executive director, Chairman of the Board Audit Committee, and a member of the Remuneration Committee, Nomination Committee and Risk Management Committee due to her intention to spend more time on other personal matters.
