According to Woofun AI, under the leadership of Michael Saylor (Michael Saylor), MicroStrategy (MSTR.US) completed a new round of Bitcoin accumulation and purchased 1,665 bitcoins, officially breaking its total holdings to 847,666.

Details of the operation of the funds were disclosed in the 8-K filing submitted to the US Securities and Exchange Commission on September 28. According to data compiled by Woofun AI, this batch of bitcoins traded at an average price of $85,681 between Monday and Sunday, with a total cost of $142.7 million. Taking into account all previous expenses, MicroStrategy (MSTR.US)'s cumulative investment has reached 63.95 billion US dollars, diluting the overall average cost of ownership to 75,437 US dollars.

The funding structure of this procurement is characterized by diversification. MicroStrategy (MSTR.US) received net revenue of $246.2 million through the sale of 1.47 million shares of MSTR shares, of which $142.7 million was directly used to buy Bitcoin and the remaining $103.5 million was used to repurchase STRC preferred shares.

Additionally, the company repurchased 1.53 million STRC shares for $151.7 million and used $48.1 million in cash reserves. Notably, after being suspended for two weeks, MicroStrategy (MSTR.US) also bought an additional 950 bitcoins for $75.7 million last week.

As a result, there were significant changes to the balance sheet. Affected by a cash outflow of $48.1 million, MicroStrategy's (MSTR.US) dollar cash balance fell from $1.05 billion to $1 billion. Meanwhile, separate dollar reserves to pay dividends on preferred shares and interest on debt were reduced from $50.4 billion to $50.2 billion after paying dividends of $22.1 million.

This model of continuing to support asset expansion through equity financing is becoming a core variable in its financial structure.
