Guest Holdings (08173): Yan Fei appointed as an independent non-executive director

Zhitong Finance App News, Customer Holdings (08173) announced that Ms. Ye Xiaoying has resigned as an executive director due to her focus on other businesses, effective September 28, 2026. Ms. Ye Xiaoying is also no longer an authorized representative of the company under section 5.24 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited GEM Securities Listing Rules and is no longer a member of the Company's Nomination Committee.

As of September 28, 2026, Mr. Liu Junda has been transferred from an independent non-executive director to an executive director since he will assume an executive position in the Group. As Executive Director, Mr. Liu Junda will be mainly responsible for overseeing the Group's business development and exploring new strategic market opportunities. Following his transfer, Mr. Lau Chun Tat ceased to serve as the chairman of the Nomination Committee, the Company Audit Committee and the respective members of the Company's Remuneration Committee. Mr. Liu Junda has been appointed as an authorized representative to replace Ms. Ye Xiaoying with effect from September 28, 2026.

Since September 28, 2026, Ms. Yan Fei has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee.
