According to the Zhitong Finance App, Reijing Pacific (00575) announced that Deep Longevity, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, and its subsidiaries (collectively, “Deep Longevity”) will launch its consumer digital health and telemedicine platform Accrua™ (“Accrua”) (“Launch”) in the US (“US”) in October 2026. Accrua will be available to consumers in all 50 states of the United States from the day it is launched.
As stated in the Company's 2026 Interim Results Announcement and 2026 Interim Report dated August 25, 2026, this launch is the final implementation of Deep Longevity's strategy, which is to expand the size of the US market through direct sales (“D2C”) digital telemedicine services. The Board believes that Accrua is a potentially transformative development for the Group and an important new revenue source for the future, complementing Deep Longevity's existing business-to-business (“B2B”) model.
Accrua provides simple, direct, and online health services led by US licensed clinicians. The core of the platform is Deep Longevity's proprietary AI-generated BloodAge report, which uses routine blood tests to determine whether consumers are “rapidly aging,” that is, people whose biological age is growing faster than they actually are.
After consultation with a clinician, Accrua provides a range of physician-guided treatment options, including weight loss (such as glucagon-like peptide-1 (“GLP-1”) therapy), peptide drugs, women's health (such as hormone replacement therapy), and men's health (such as testosterone therapy). In each case, the initial treatment plan and subsequent adjustments are personalized by a licensed clinician and will be based on the user's BloodAge report rather than on the user's self-reported symptoms or single biomarkers. Users re-measure their BloodAge every quarter so that users and their clinicians can track treatment results based on objective, science-based indicators of biological aging (rather than just symptoms or weight).
Accrua positions itself around a simple idea: “If you know your age, your blood knows better.” Provides quarterly biological age measurements, clinician-guided treatment plans, and combination therapies as a comprehensive longevity care plan, backed by peer-reviewed science. Categories initially launched on the platform include weight loss, women's health, and men's health, with plans to launch more categories.
For the first time, Accrua directly extended Deep Longevity's deep learning aging clock technology and SenoClock® platform to consumers, while continuing Deep Longevity's existing partnerships with clinics, hospitals, laboratories and insurance companies.
The board believes that Accrua is different from other US digital telemedicine platforms with peer-reviewed independent clinical studies supporting Deep Longevity technology. Deep Longevity's Bloodage model was the subject of a peer-reviewed study published by Goshen and others in “Aging and Disease” (2026). The study followed about 2,600 adults for an average of 9.2 years; after adjusting for age, gender, body mass index (“BMI”), smoking, and high blood pressure factors, it was found that every year the difference between biological age and actual age increased by 15%, and the risk of hospitalization increased independently by 6%.
Deep Longevity's technology has also received significant external recognition, and recently won the runner-up in the Nestlé VITAL Intelligent Aging Global Challenge, which attracted 150 companies from around the world to participate.
Accrua has entered the US consumer digital health market, where platforms focusing on related health and wellness fields have achieved significant benefits. As an example, according to the “New York Times” (April 2, 2026), MedVi, LLC, a digital telemedicine platform focused on GLP-1 weight loss and related treatments, generated more than 400 million US dollars in revenue in 2025 (its first full operating year). According to current trends, its annualized revenue in 2026 is expected to reach about 1.8 billion US dollars (Forbes, April 2, 2026, citing the “New York Times”). Accrua covers a range of similar product categories. Although there is no guarantee that Accrua will achieve similar results, the Board believes that these figures are sufficient to indicate the size of the market that Accrua is targeting with considerable consumer demand and revenue potential.
Accrua is built using a capital-efficient model. Clinical service delivery will be provided by established US telemedicine infrastructure partners through independent practice licensed physician networks, pharmacies and formulation partners, covering clinician consultation, prescription issuance, pharmacy dispensing and delivery, patient registration and patient portals, electronic health records, billing and payment processing, secure video consultation and patient communication, and covering all 50 US states. This model allows Deep Longevity to expand its business across the US from the launch date without having to own its own clinical infrastructure or directly assume drug inventory.
The expected revenue will be mainly from subscriptions and will be of a recurring nature. The launch will be supported by targeted digital marketing campaigns, initially focusing on selected states in the US, with the aim of optimizing customer results before further expanding the scale of the business.
The Board is thrilled with the launch of Accrua. Accrua brings together Deep Longevity's world-class aging clock technology, peer-reviewed independent scientific research, and a proven and scalable telemedicine service delivery model to break into one of the largest and fastest-growing categories in the US consumer healthcare market. The Board believes that Accrua has the potential to become an important driver of the Group's revenue growth and create meaningful long-term value for shareholders. The Board also looks forward to updating shareholders on Accrua's progress after its launch.
Mr. Jamie Gibson, Executive Director and CEO of the Company, said, “The launch of Accrua is a landmark moment for Deep Longevity and the Group. For the first time, consumers across the US will have direct access to our BloodAge science and receive personalized care from licensed clinicians. We believe that basing treatment on biological age rather than symptoms alone is a truly novel proposal in a market that has shown extraordinary consumer demand, and we are excited about the opportunities ahead.”
