Winvia Entertainment to Acquire UK Prize Draw Platforms

04:27 AM EDT, 09/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Winvia Entertainment (WVIA.L) agreed to buy the trade, business, and key assets of digitally-led prize draw platforms The Online Giveaway Guys and Win Life Competitions, according to a Monday release. The technology-focused entertainment company will pay 15.5 million pounds sterling in cash when the transaction completes, followed by 3.6 million pounds a year later. Winvia could also make an additional payment tied to the businesses' adjusted EBITDA for the 12 months ending on the second anniversary of completion. The acquisition is expected to broaden Winvia's presence and customer reach in the UK prize draw market and is conditional on the transfer of key supplier agreements, which is expected by the end of October.
