Guoxuan Hi-Tech announced that the company and its wholly-owned subsidiaries plan to sign investment agreements with Volkswagen Group and its subsidiaries to establish three joint ventures in Valencia, Spain, Sulani, Slovakia, and Kenitra, Morocco, respectively, to invest in the construction of production bases for lithium batteries and cathode materials. The total investment of the project is about 3,222 billion euros, with China's Xuanfang investing a total of about 1,598 billion euros. The Valencia Joint Venture built the 29.1 GWh lithium battery project with an annual output of 49%; the Sulani Joint Venture built the 8.4 GWh lithium battery project, and Guoxuan held 51% of the shares; the Moroccan joint venture built a lithium iron phosphate cathode material project with an annual output of 100,000 tons, and Guoxuan holds 51% of the shares. In addition, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary plans to sign an engineering contract with PowerCo Spain totaling 1,094 billion euros. The above matters still need to be submitted to the Company's Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting for consideration.
