Chrysalis Investments Exits Klarna Stake, Plans GBP25 Million Capital Redemption

03:19 AM EDT, 09/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Chrysalis Investments (CHRY.L) concluded the sale of its entire remaining shareholding in digital bank and flexible payments services company Klarna Group for 34 million pounds sterling. In addition, the British investment company plans to launch a compulsory capital redemption of 25 million pounds at 1.27 pounds per share, according to a Monday release. Chrysalis Investments will use 9 million pounds of net proceeds to maintain a prudent operating capital buffer and as capital to support investments, with the remaining amount to be returned to shareholders.
