The Beijing-Hong Kong High Speed Rail Xiong'an to Shangqiu section, the Xi'an-Ankang section of the Xi-Chongqing High Speed Rail, the Yichang to Xingshan High Speed Rail, and the Harbin to Yichun High Speed Rail were showcased. The four new lines cross North China, Northwest China, Central China, and Northeast China, further tightening the “eight vertical and eight horizontal” high-speed rail network, reducing the spatial and temporal distance of the region, making it easier for people to travel along the route, and injecting new traffic momentum into the high-quality development of the region.
