A subsidiary of Xunjie Global Holdings (00540) signed a renovation contract for a dormitory property

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Xunjie Global Holdings (00540) announced that on September 25, 2026 (after the trading period), Dongguan Xunjie (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) signed a renovation contract II with Shenzhen Jinjun (as the contractor). According to this, Shenzhen Jinjun will undertake the renovation project II on the 6th floor of the property. This property refers to 7 buildings in Tiangong Zhigu. The total fixed contract price for Renovation Project II is approximately RMB 2,769 million (including VAT).

According to the lease agreement concluded by Dongguan Xunjie in June 2026, the lessor allowed Dongguan Xunjie to use a total of 92 units on the 5th and 6th floors of the property as dormitories free of charge. The rental period is from August 1, 2026 to June 10, 2029 (including the first and last two days). In order to optimize the use of such units and provide a suitable living environment for employees, the board of directors believes that it is necessary to enter into a construction and decoration contract to carry out construction and renovation works at the property. It is expected that the project will improve the structure, electricity, water supply, drainage, ventilation and other facilities of the dormitory, and improve safety, facility conditions and overall living environment, so that the Group can make full use of the 5th and 6th floors of the property as dormitories.
