The Finnish property and casualty insurance company will book the impairment as it moves ahead with integrating Topdanmark into If Group and harmonizing core IT systems, according to a Friday release. The non-cash charge will be recorded in other expenses and excluded from operating EPS, with Sampo expecting only a "minor" effect on solvency.
