On September 25, the Hainan Provincial Department of Commerce and China UnionPay Hainan Branch launched the “Buy in Hainan” 2026 Mid-Autumn Festival National Day voucher campaign to issue four types of vouchers, including food and beverage vouchers, department store vouchers, supermarket vouchers, and gas vouchers. The voucher period for this event will be issued from September 25 to October 7. Consumers can receive vouchers through the Cloud QuickPass app platform. There are four types of vouchers: “200 yuan off 10 yuan for department stores”, “150 yuan off 20 yuan for food and drink”, “10 yuan off 10 yuan after spending 100 yuan on supermarkets”, and “refuel for 200 yuan or 10 yuan.”
