On September 25, Windsor Capital announced that it has completed a $50 million strategic investment in Slovenian technology company Space Labs d.o.o. The investment obtained a 4.9% minority interest in Space Labs, and the post-investment valuation was approximately US$1.02 billion. As part of the initial commercial cooperation between the two parties, Space Labs and Windsor Capital are using Windsor's international automotive and industrial networks to establish vehicle distribution channels and distribute in various international markets in stages.
