According to Zhitong Finance App, Yingmei Holdings (02028) announced that the placement was completed on September 24, 2026, including the placement of 129 million shares of the Company on September 15, 2026, the placement of 141 million shares of the Company on September 21, 2026, and the placement of 141 million shares of the Company on September 24, 2026. According to the terms and conditions of the placement agreement, the placement agent placed a total of 411 million shares of the Company's current issued share capital, accounting for approximately 47.85% of the Company's total issued share capital.
