The official website of the People's Bank of China published four administrative penalty announcements today. Four banks, Bank of Jiangsu, Bank of Postbank, Bohai Bank, and Guangfa Bank, were punished for multiple illegal acts, and many of those responsible were fined at the same time. Specifically, the Bank of Jiangsu was fined 9.371 million yuan, involving 13 illegal acts; the Postbank was warned, criticized, and fined 174.33 million yuan; the Bohai Bank was fined more than 5.4 million yuan, involving 11 illegal acts; and Guangfa Bank was fined more than 17.14 million yuan, involving 10 illegal acts.
