According to Woofun AI, the Linux Foundation Decentralized Trust (LFDT) ecosystem ushered in a key expansion, and SWIFT and Wells Fargo Bank (WFC.US) officially joined, marking the acceleration of traditional financial giants embracing decentralized trust infrastructure.

On the eve of next week's Sibos meeting, LFDT announced the admission of 15 new members, including Fenasbac, an innovative agency of the Central Bank of Brazil, and the DCP company that developed DCJPY. Data compiled by Woofun AI shows that with the expansion of membership, Hyperledger Cacti v3 has completed a major upgrade, significantly lowering the threshold for adding new blockchains and optimizing the cross-chain transfer experience to meet increasingly complex institutional-level interoperability requirements.

LFDT simultaneously launched the incubation project Panurus as an upgraded version of the Hyperledger Fabric Token SDK. Its technology has been adopted by the Bank of France's DL3S blockchain to issue cash tokens to replace wCBDC.

Additionally, the Bank of Canada used wCBDC for digital bond settlement in the Samara project, further verifying the viability of the solution in central bank-level applications.

SWIFT is field testing Swift Ledger, a system based on the LFDT incubation project Lineth and Besu codebases to achieve net debt calculation for interbank or tokenized deposit accounts through coordinated processing. Wells Fargo Bank (WFC.US) announced the launch of a proprietary tokenized deposit scheme supporting the US dollar and the British pound last month. Although it claims to be proprietary, it actually relies heavily on the LFDT technology stack, which indicates that traditional banks are reconstructing all-weather financial services through low-level open source collaboration.
