Everweft Lithium Energy announced that the 14th meeting of the company's 7th board of directors deliberated and passed a bill to transfer the shares of participating companies and agreed to sign equity transfer agreements with Shanghai Enjie New Material Technology Co., Ltd. and Hubei Enjie New Material Technology Co., Ltd. to transfer 45% of the shares held in Hubei Enjie New Materials to Shanghai Enjie New Materials at a price of 1.50 billion yuan. After the transaction is completed, the company will no longer hold shares in Hubei Enjie New Materials.
