The Zhitong Finance App learned that according to Antec statistics, there has been no significant change in silicon wafer prices this week. Among them, the average transaction price of N-type G10L monocrystalline silicon wafers (182*183.75mm/130 μm) was 1.01 yuan/piece, the average transaction price of N-type G12R monocrystalline silicon wafers (182*210mm/130 μm) was 1.15 yuan/sheet, and the average transaction price of N-type G12 monocrystalline silicon wafers (210*210 mm/130 μm) was 1.15 yuan/sheet. Prices of various types of silicon wafers remained flat compared to last week. Cell prices were also relatively stable this week. Among them, the average transaction price for M10 cells was 0.29 yuan/piece, the average transaction price for G12R cells was 0.305 yuan/piece, and the average transaction price for G12 cells was 0.30 yuan/piece. According to research, component prices remained stable this week. Mainstream component prices were 0.69-0.71 yuan/W, the same as last week.

This week's holiday season is approaching. Upstream and downstream are mostly wait-and-see, and there are few market transactions. Specifically, the silicon wafer sector: Although the demand side is still relatively weak, silicon wafer manufacturers are less willing to cut prices because silicon companies are determined to raise prices and generally use full cost as the bottom line to provide strong cost support for silicon wafers. According to research, the overall operating rate of the industry this week was the same as last week, with no significant changes. Among them, the operating rate of the two first-tier enterprises was 52% and 54%, the operating rate of integrated enterprises was between 56% and 60%, and the operating rate of the rest of the enterprises was between 50% and 78%. Battery sector: Due to the recent gradual release of domestic demand for centralized projects and an improvement in demand, the combination of a recovery in silver prices and the stability of silicon wafers have formed a certain support for battery prices.

Looking ahead to the future market, the silicon wafer sector: Although most companies have plans to cut production, silicon wafer production is expected to drop to around 51 GW in October. If subsequent demand shows clear signs of recovery, the silicon wafer market is expected to improve slightly. Battery sector: The new US 232 regulations will lead to a gradual decline in subsequent overseas demand, and the battery market is likely to operate under pressure. Subsequent silicon wafer market trends need to focus on the relationship between supply and demand and changes in the price of the raw material polysilicon. The battery market trend mainly depends on changes in overseas demand.
