(tentative name, subject to the name finally registered and approved by the relevant departments in Hong Kong), with a registered capital of 1 million Hong Kong dollars and a total planned investment of 80 million US dollars (equivalent to about 550 million yuan). The shareholding ratio is 100%, mainly engaged in comprehensive computing power services and other businesses.
