Yongsheng Services (01995): Liu Guohong was appointed as Executive Director

Zhitong Finance App News, Yongsheng Services (01995) announced that since September 24, 2026, Mr. Lin Zhong has resigned as an executive director of the Company and Ms. Cui Xiaoqing has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company due to their other matters.

Since September 24, 2026, Mr. Liu Guohong has been appointed as an executive director of the Company, and Mr. Ge Ming has been appointed as a non-executive director of the Company.

Following his resignation, Mr. Lin Zhong no longer serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Mr. Lin Zhubo, the current executive director and president of the Group, has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors since September 24, 2026.

Since September 24, 2026, the composition of the Company's Strategy Committee, the Company's Nomination Committee, and the Company's Remuneration Committee have changed as follows: 1. After his resignation, Mr. Lin Zhong no longer served as Chairman of the Strategy Committee, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and a member of the Remuneration Committee; 2. After her resignation, Ms. Cui Xiaoqing is no longer a member of the Nomination Committee; 3. Mr. Lin Zhubo has been appointed as Chairman of the Strategy Committee and Chairman of the Nomination Committee; 4. Mr. Liu Guohong has been appointed as a member of the Strategy Committee; and 5. Mr. Ge Ming has been appointed as a member of the Strategy Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee.

Mr. Lin Zhong no longer acts as an authorized representative of the Company under section 3.05 of the Listing Rules and as an authorized representative (legal proceeding document agent) representing the Company in receiving legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong in accordance with Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance, Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong, with effect from September 24, 2026.

Since September 24, 2026, Mr. Lin Zhubo has been appointed as an authorized representative, and Mr. Zheng Chengjie has been appointed as an agent for legal proceedings.
