05:27 AM EDT, 09/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Premier African Minerals' (PREM.L) board approved amendments to certain vesting terms and conditions for the options awarded to the company's directors and management in May. All four tranches of the options, which entitle holders to subscribe for new ordinary shares in Premier, will now only be exercisable eight months after corresponding production milestones at the Zulu lithium and tantalum project in Zimbabwe, according to a Thursday filing. The number of awarded options, their respective exercise prices, and expiry on May 27, 2037, will remain the same. Additionally, if the mining and natural resources developer manages to fully settle its prepayment obligations to Canmax Technologies, the eight-month vesting period for the remaining unexercisable option tranches will start immediately from the settlement date.
