The Zhitong Finance App learned that Yijun Group Holdings (02442) fell more than 9%, and the current stock price has retreated nearly 60% from its monthly high. As of press release, it decreased by 9.01% to HK$63.1, with a turnover of HK$199,900.

According to the news, on the evening of September 17, Yijun Group Holdings issued a profit warning. It is expected that the company owner should not account for a loss of more than HK$32 million for the year ending June 30, 2026, compared to a loss of about HK$500,000 in the previous year, mainly due to reduced revenue and gross profit due to the completion or near completion of large-scale public projects in the early stages, as well as the decline in profit margins for new bid projects due to intense market competition.

Earlier, on September 14, the company also announced that it would change the trading unit of each lot from 2,000 shares to 100 shares starting October 6. It is worth noting that before this round of sell-off, the company had just completed a round of “valuation transitions” using AI concepts. On August 18, the controlling shareholder Tianfu International transferred 102 million shares to the AI company Guangte Yuanzhi in consideration of about 45.88% of the shares in its wholly-owned subsidiary. Guangte Yuanzhi became the second largest shareholder, and Tianfu International's controlling position remained unchanged.
