The Zhitong Finance App learned that China's Huajun (00377) fell by more than 18% and plummeted by more than 70% in the past three trading days. As of press release, it had fallen 18.26% to HK$0.985, with a turnover of HK$1.3963 million, and a total market value of less than HK$200 million.

According to the news, China's Huajun recently issued an announcement stating that preliminary discussions are currently being held with a party on a potential sale, and negotiations are still ongoing. The terms and conditions relating to the potential sale have not been implemented, and the Group has not entered into a formal agreement on the potential sale. According to reports, China Huajun is an investment holding company engaged in three core businesses, namely printing; trade and logistics; and property development and investment. In the first half of this year, the company achieved revenue of 623 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 9.14%; the company's shareholders should account for losses of 325 million yuan, a decrease of 15.26% year-on-year.
