Vistry Group Swings to H1 Attributable Loss; Revenue Drops

02:35 AM EDT, 09/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Vistry Group (VTY.L) said Thursday it swung to a loss in the first half, while revenue declined year over year. Loss attributable to equity holders of the parent for the six months ended June 30 was 607 million pounds sterling, compared with a profit of 31.3 million pounds a year earlier. Loss per share was 1.905 pounds, compared with an EPS of 0.095 pound previously. The British homebuilder's revenue was 1.42 billion pounds, compared with 1.64 billion pounds a year ago. Looking ahead, the company expects its adjusted pretax profit for 2026 to be 165 million pounds and 185 million pounds for 2027.
