L'Oréal Prices Offering of EUR2 Billion Bond in Three Tranches

02:25 AM EDT, 09/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- L'Oréal (OR.PA) priced an offering of 2 billion euros worth of bonds in three tranches, with net proceeds earmarked for general corporate purposes. The French beauty and personal care company said Thursday its two-year floating-rate tranche of 850 million euros carries an annual coupon of three-month Euribor plus 27 basis points, the three-year tranche worth 500 million euros bears a fixed coupon rate of 3.75% per annum, and the seven-year tranche of 650 million euros carries an annual fixed coupon rate of 4%. Settlement will take place on Sept. 30, and the bond will be listed on Euronext Paris.
