The Zhitong Finance App learned that Deloitte China's managing partner Ou Zhenxing said at a press conference that the US NASDAQ New Stock Exchange (IPO) raised HK$1.122 trillion in the first three quarters of this year, ranking first in the world, with 85 IPOs. The Hong Kong Stock Exchange (00388) ranked second with a capital of HK$387.9 billion, with 116 IPOs; the third place was the New York Stock Exchange, which raised HK$163.2 billion; the fourth place was the Shanghai Stock Exchange, which raised HK$139.8 billion, with 31 IPOs; the fifth place was the National Stock Exchange of India, which raised HK$81.8 billion, with 137 IPOs.

Ou Zhenxing said that raising capital for Hong Kong's IPOs this year from the minimum estimated amount of HK$300 billion to 60% to HK$480 billion has an opportunity to break the 2010 record of nearly HK$450 billion and reach a new high. However, the number of fund-raising cases remained around 160.
