Vice Minister of Culture and Tourism Wang Jianhua said at a press conference on the theme of “Getting Started with the 15th Five-Year Plan” series held by the State Information Office on September 24 that during the “15th Five-Year Plan” period, the second national survey of intangible heritage will be carried out to comprehensively ascertain the family base and establish a comprehensive catalogue of intangible heritage resources.
