Between Sept. 1 and Sept. 2, Gallup sold a total of over 14,000 shares in a transaction valued at approximately $1.1 million. Initially, that sounds like a large number of shares and a large dollar amount. Given some of the finer details surrounding the transaction, however, this doesn't appear like it should ring any alarm bells for shareholders. To start, this sale was part of a planned transaction from March 2026. That means the insider did not sell shares through a spur-of-the-moment decision. Also, even though a large number of shares were sold, Gallup still maintains over 530,000 shares directly, as well as 13.1 million held indirectly. That shows deep and sustained alignment with PC Connection's success. Finally, even if this sale weren't conducted under a previously established trading plan, it wouldn't raise any issues for an insider to sell shares, given the stock's strong performance. Over the past 12 months, the PC Connection stock price has climbed 42.6%.
In comparison, over the same period, the S&P 500 has climbed 15.7%. Given that type of outperformance by the PC Connection stock price, it would be natural for an insider to consider taking some gains off the table. Putting all that together, this looks just like a routine sale.
