With (including) capital increase and fund share subscription from Nanhua Capital, the total amount of pledged capital was RMB 1,650 billion, of which the amount pledged by Nanhua Capital was no more than RMB 55 million, accounting for no more than 3.33% of the total pledged capital of the fund.

The fund will not be incorporated into the company's financial statements. The name of the fund is Hengdian Baihui Venture Capital (Hangzhou) Partnership (Limited Partnership); the purpose of the fund is to invest in enterprises in the following fields to obtain good investment returns for all partners: high-tech fields with high growth potential.

The purpose of participating in this fund share subscription is to rely on the business synergy of professional investment institutions to invest in high-quality projects with high growth and development potential, and enhance the company's overall competitiveness.
