The Group's core business focuses on logistics operations in Xinjiang. The Group purchased a total of 80 electric heavy trucks during the current fiscal year. The upcoming winter season will provide an important opportunity to evaluate the performance, reliability and efficiency of these trucks under the generally harsh weather conditions in Xinjiang. In line with China's national strategy to accelerate the adoption of new energy heavy trucks (with the goal of achieving large-scale deployment by 2027 and market leadership by 2035), the Group will pay close attention to the policies and incentives introduced by the Xinjiang Government to enable the joint venture to grasp available support measures and optimize its long-term investment and fleet expansion strategies.
