According to the announcement, recently, during on-site inspections and routine supervision, the Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Bureau discovered that the company had failed to promptly disclose the subsidiary's major debts, the company's progress in providing external guarantees for the subsidiary's aforementioned debts, and failure to promptly disclose major litigation disputes involving the aforementioned debts. The above acts of the company violated the relevant regulations.
