Innoseco (02577) elects Weiwei Luo as chairman

According to the relevant provisions of the “Company Law” and “Articles of Association”, the Company held a staff congress on September 23, 2026 to elect Mr. Wu Lei as the employee representative director of the 2nd board of directors. Mr. Wu Lei and 8 other non-employee representative directors elected by the temporary shareholders' meeting formed the second board of directors. The term of office was consistent with the term of the second board of directors.
