Dabaoshan Copper, a participating company of China Rare & Rare Metals (600259.SH), submitted a listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange

Zhitong Finance App News, China Rare Color (600259.SH) issued an announcement. The company learned from its participating subsidiary Guangdong Guangsheng Dabaoshan Copper Co., Ltd. (“Dabaoshan Company”) that it had submitted an application for the initial public offering of overseas listed shares (H shares) to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on September 22, 2026 and listed the application materials for this offering on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website on the same day.

Dabaoshan Company is a strategic shareholding company of the company. It is mainly engaged in exploration, mining, ore processing, comprehensive utilization and sales of copper, sulfur and other polymetallic mineral resources. It has the largest open pit mining farm in South China and specialized copper-sulfur beneficiation supporting facilities. The core products cover copper concentrate, sulfur concentrate and magnetic sulfur concentrate, and has continued to produce steady and high production in recent years. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, the company held 40% of Dabaoshan Company's shares.
