Jianqiao Education (01525): Shi Jianxiang appointed as an independent non-executive director

Zhitong Finance App News, Jianqiao Education (01525) announced that since September 23, 2026: (i) Mr. Shi Jianxiang has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, a member of the Board Review Committee and the Board Nomination Committee; (ii) Mr. Zhang Aimin has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the Audit Committee, a member of the Nomination Committee and the Board Remuneration Committee; (iii) Ms. Zhao Jiaqiao (a non-executive director) has been appointed as a member of the nomination committee; (iv) Mr. Chen Baizhu has resigned as an independent non-executive director and member of the Board Nomination Committee; (iv) Mr. Chen Baizhu has resigned as an independent non-executive director and member of the Board Nomination Committee and respective members of the Nomination Committee; and (v) Ms. Liu Tao has resigned as an independent non-executive director, Chairman of the Audit Committee, and a member of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee respectively.
