According to Zhitong Finance App News, Hongfuhan (301086.SZ) announced that Hong Kong Hongfuhan, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, plans to acquire 100% of the shares of Gepai BVI held by Gepai Holdings for 20.5 million yuan (before the capital increase) and increase the capital to 520 million yuan to hold 49% of the shares in COP Digital Energy S.A.R.L (“COP Company” for short) through Gepai BVI; at the same time, Hong Kong Hongfuhan will acquire 49% of ECOSOLEIL S.A.S., owned by natural person Huang Hongxuan, for 19.5 million yuan. Through ECOSOLEIL S.A.S, it held 24.99% of COP's shares and obtained 73.99% of COP's shares.

According to reports, Hong Kong's Hong Kong Hongfuhan plans to obtain 73.99% of the shares of the COP Company and Comica in order to obtain the proceeds under the “Electricity Purchase Agreement” signed by COP Company and lock in electricity prices through a long-term power purchase agreement. After the power plant is completed, it can obtain Comica's electricity purchase price at a price of 0.15 US dollars/kWh. The above transaction closely revolves around the company's core business in the photovoltaic energy storage sector and aims to grasp the urgent need for stable electricity supply in the Comica mining area market. By investing in the construction of source grid load storage plants at the project site, the company can effectively match the territorial electricity needs of mining customers and deepen strategic partnerships with key customers.
