Sensofusion Eyes IPO, Listing on Nasdaq Helsinki's Regulated Market

04:06 AM EDT, 09/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Sensofusion intends to launch an initial public offering and list its shares on Nasdaq Helsinki's regulated market. The Finnish anti-drone systems developer plans to raise 300 million euros through the IPO, with proceeds earmarked to boost investments in research and development of detection and countermeasure technologies, expand production and testing capacity, and bolster its balance sheet, according to a Wednesday release. The offering will be directed at local and international private individuals and institutional investors and include new shares as well as existing shares by certain shareholders. Sensofusion secured commitments from Elo Mutual Pension Insurance Co., Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Co., certain OP Fund Management-managed funds, and Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Co. to subscribe for 170 million euros worth of shares at a pre-money equity value of up to 1.30 billion euros.
