Novo Nordisk recently announced the main results of its weekly CAGriseMA phase 3 Reimagine 5 and REDEFINE 9 tests on its research products. According to Novo Nordisk, in the REIMAGINE 5 trial, CagrisEMA 1.0 mg/1.0 mg was superior to 5 mg in weight loss, achieving an estimated average weight loss of 12.4% compared to 9.1% in the tirbotide group. At the same time, it was proven that Cagrisema was not inferior in reducing glycated hemoglobin, with a reduction of 1.71% and a tirpopeptide group of 1.67%. In the REDEFINE 9 trial, CagrisEMA 1.0 mg/1.0 mg achieved a 21.0% weight loss compared to 2.0% in the placebo group, and reached the primary efficacy endpoint.
