The Beijing Leading Group for Employment Promotion and Labor Protection issued a notice on issuing the “Beijing Skills” Training Action Implementation Plan. Among them, it is pointed out that during the “15th Five-Year Plan” period, more than 4.5 million vocational skills training sessions at all levels were carried out, and more than 350,000 new skilled vocational qualification certificates or vocational skill rating certificates were obtained, of which more than 150,000 new highly skilled talents were added, comprehensively improving the overall effectiveness of skills development, skilled employment, and skill benefits, and providing strong skill support for Beijing to take the lead in basic socialist modernization.
