According to the news, on September 21, New World Development announced a proposal to split the securities investment fund and independently list it on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. After submitting application materials for the registration and listing of securities investment funds to the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Shanghai Stock Exchange on September 17, 2026, the Shanghai Stock Exchange issued an acceptance notice for the proposed spin-off on September 19, 2026.

New World Development's previous announcement revealed that the proposed spin-off (proposed spin-off) would involve the independent listing of the securities investment fund on the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Shanghai Hong Kong New World Tower (assets), a mixed-use property located at 300 Huaihai Middle Road, Huangpu District, Shanghai (composed of Shanghai K11 Art Mall Shopping and Art Center and Shanghai K11 ATELIER New World Tower) as the underlying asset of the securities investment fund. On September 17, the assets were wholly and indirectly owned by the Company through Shanghai New World Huaihai Property Development Co., Ltd.
