Zhitong Finance App News, Jingfang Pharmaceutical-B (02595) announced that the company will hold an online investor conference on October 15, 2026 to announce preliminary research data on the ongoing product GFH375 (KRAS G12D inhibitor) combined with cetuximab to treat KRAS G12D mutant solid tumors.

The company's overseas partner Verastem Oncology (Verastem) will hold an online investor conference on October 14, 2026 to introduce GFH375/VS-7375 overseas clinical development progress.

The preliminary clinical study data of the company's product GFH276 (Pan RAS inhibitor) for treating RAS mutant solid tumors as a single agent has been selected for the Breakthrough Research Summary (LBA) of the 2026 European Society of Medical Oncology (ESMO) Annual Meeting to be held in Madrid.

The company will hold an online investor conference on October 25, 2026 to further interpret the GFH276 live oral report data.

Jinfang and Verastem have reached an authorization and early cooperative development agreement for the three RAS/MAPK products developed by Jinfang that drive cancer. The partnership gives Verastem the exclusive option to obtain individual licenses for these three products after successfully reaching pre-set milestones in phase I clinical trials. In December 2023, Verastem selected GFH375/VS7375 as the lead project for its collaboration, and obtained a license for GFH375 in January 2025, which is the first license created within the framework of this cooperation. These licenses will grant Verastem the right to develop and commercialize outside of China, while Powerside reserves those rights within China.

GFH276 is an oral small-molecule RAS (ON) inhibitor with a unique mechanism. Using a three-complex mechanism of action (CYPAGFH276-ras), it can more efficiently inhibit wild/mutant RAS protein subtypes in most active states, including the most common KRAS mutants (G12C, G12D, G12V, etc.), as well as NRAS and HRAS subtype proteins.
